Job Summary

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple external customer-driven projects simultaneously. You will work closely with the Business Analyst (BA) and Pre-Sales teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple projects at any one time, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget
• Creating governance, policies, and procedures for project management
• Leading and driving change through project delivery
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions
• Retaining ownership of risks and issues and managing project review meetings with each customer
• Implementing change control whenever appropriate

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules
• Coordinating and leading cross-functional project teams
• Managing project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensuring compliance with project management methodologies and best practices

Client Facing

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

• Ensuring client satisfaction with project delivery

Governance, Policies, and Procedures

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for creating governance, policies, and procedures for project management. Your responsibilities will include:

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince II, PMP, Agile, and Waterfall
