Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Analyst (PM/A) to support the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects and programs within our Business Growth & Innovation (BG&I) department. As a PM/A, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, facilitate planning, and capture business, data, and reporting requirements. Your expertise in project management, data analysis, and stakeholder communication will be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes and advancing our digital transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects and programs within the BG&I department
  • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Facilitate planning, capturing business, data, and reporting requirements
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules
  • Collaborate with the Financial Analyst to conduct cost-benefit analyses, projected ROI or payback analyses, and other financial evaluations
  • Work with data teams to define meaningful metrics, develop solid test plans, and use cases/scenarios to surface opportunities for improvement
  • Foster a can-do, inclusive spirit among teams, promoting effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and deliver reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices, organizational policies, and procedures

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required; Master's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field; 2 years of management experience preferred
  • Proven track record in successfully deploying business plans and projects
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate strategic planning, including market, financial, and operational analysis
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry, preferably with cloud-based platforms and applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and applications
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or Scrum Master
