About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Online Elementary Intervention Teacher to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Implement research-based interventions that drive student growth and academic achievement
• Develop and utilize individualized lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
• Collaborate with administration, teachers, and other stakeholders to support struggling students and advance student performance
• Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and provide regular updates
• Deliver online instruction to small groups of students and assess student progress in-person and online
• Collect and analyze data to inform instruction and drive student growth
• Document interventions and outcomes, and maintain accurate records of student progress
• Perform other duties as assigned and contribute to the overall success of the team

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Valid Elementary Teaching License and certification to teach Elementary students
• Minimum of 3 years of classroom experience and/or interventionist experience, specifically teaching reading and math at the elementary level
• Strong background in technology and advanced technology skills, including basic troubleshooting, site navigation, and proficiency with spreadsheets
• Ability to aggregate and analyze data to inform student instruction decisions
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Strict attention to detail and ability to achieve daily performance metrics
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and with individuals, and to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:

• Experience with online teaching and learning platforms
• Knowledge of research-based interventions and instructional strategies
• Ability to obtain teaching certification in Arizona, Colorado, and Washington
• Ability to pass required background checks and willingness to travel to assigned testing locations (applies to Arizona and Colorado candidates only)
