We're Hiring:  Project Manager -  (Part time)   We're looking for a  Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that power our mental health technology platform. In this role, you'll manage project scope, resources, and timelines while driving Agile processes, facilitating team collaboration, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the development team. You'll also track performance, prepare progress reports, and champion continuous improvement to help us deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.

‍♂ What You'll Be Doing

  1. Project Planning & Resource Management
    1. Define and refine project scope.
    2. Plan resource allocation and secure approvals.
    3. Ensure proper resource availability and utilization.
    4. Develop project schedules and timelines based on estimates.
  2. Project Execution & Agile Process Management
    1. Plan and sequence project activities.
    2. Facilitate Agile ceremonies: kick-offs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.
    3. Manage Jira boards (sprints, tickets, reports).
  3. Monitoring, Reporting & Metrics
    1. Track project performance with Jira metrics (velocity, burn-up/down, sprint reports).
    2. Monitor team and individual performance via KPIs and stand-ups.
    3. Send regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  4. Leadership & Team Support
    1. Act as mediator between client and team; resolve conflicts.
    2. Remove blockers and distractions.
    3. Keep the team motivated, focused, and aligned on goals.
    4. Hold team members accountable.
    5. Advocate collaboration and effective communication.
  5. Continuous Improvement & Documentation
    1. Streamline processes to improve project/sprint velocity.
    2. Conduct post-mortems for major incidents (bugs, outages, etc.).
    3. Ensure project documentation is centralized and regularly updated.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience doing project management.
  • Expert in Agile/Scrum methodologies, leading sprint cycles, retrospectives, and leveraging Jira for metrics-driven project tracking.
  • Proven leadership abilities in resource planning, team allocation, and mediating conflict to ensure project cohesion.
  • A strategic liaison between clients and developers, translating business needs into technical action with exceptional communication skills.
  • Highly analytical, with a focus on KPI monitoring, progress reporting, and conducting post-mortems to drive continuous improvement.
  • Meticulous attention to process optimization and comprehensive documentation.

Work Schedule

  • Part-time | 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT (2 days a week only)
