We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Greet and welcome customers to the store with a positive and friendly attitude. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs. Help customers find products and provide recommendations based on their preferences and needs. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking merchandise, folding and arranging clothing, and ensuring proper display of products. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and promoting current sales and promotions. Continuously strive to improve personal sales performance by learning about new products and trends, and staying knowledgeable about the company’s policies and procedures. Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking products and reporting any discrepancies or issues to management. Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged and priced according to company standards. Keep up-to-date on all store promotions, policies, and procedures to accurately communicate with customers. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers. Adhere to all company safety and security procedures to create a safe shopping environment for customers and employees. Participate in store meetings and trainings to stay informed about new products, policies, and procedures. Proactively seek out and suggest ways to improve the customer experience and drive sales. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive light to customers and the community.
