Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, including the preparation and dispensing of medications, and the maintenance of accurate records.
• Process prescriptions, including retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical tablets, and verifying medication accuracy.
• Interact with customers and patients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in the development and implementation of pharmacy operations, including inventory management, stock ordering, and cash handling.
• Assist with the administration of medical services, including the collection and labeling of blood/urine samples, and the coordination of clinical services.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to patient confidentiality, medication safety, and pharmacy operations.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTC) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a retail or pharmacy setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in pharmacy software systems.
