Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Walgreens Healthcare Quality Improvement program by designing and implementing data foundation conditions that enable report automation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality data insights that inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with IT, data scientists, and business stakeholders to design and implement data foundation conditions that enable report automation

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT scripts to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
• Design and implement data pipelines to support data analysis and reporting projects
• Develop data visualization dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau, or other tools
• Perform data profiling and analysis to identify trends and insights
• Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain data documentation and metadata to ensure data transparency and accountability

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and data science
• Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Associate in Data Science (CADS) certification
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, Talend, or AWS Glue
• Knowledge of healthcare and clinical research concepts
• Experience with data governance and quality processes
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
