Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry Tasks: Perform data entry tasks with precision and speed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Electronic File Management: Assist in managing and organizing electronic files, maintaining a clean and organized digital workspace.
  • Email Management: Respond to emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Internet Research: Conduct internet research and gather relevant information to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations, share knowledge, and best practices.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including but not limited to calendar management, data analysis, and reporting.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred, but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Drive.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Amazon Experience: Familiarity with Amazon services and platforms, including but not limited to Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, and Amazon Web Services.
  • Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis and reporting, including but not limited to Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
