Senior Salesforce Engineer - Beacon Hill

We're hiring a Sr. Salesforce Engineer for a leading client of mine, a financial services company. This is a remote contract role for 6 months to start that could extend or even convert to FTE for the right person. The position focuses on both Sales and Service Cloud, with hands-on development in Apex, LWC, and JavaScript, and integration experience using Kafka, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and more. Java experience is required.

1. Salesforce CRM Expertise

• 8+ years of coding experience in Salesforce
• Strong understanding of code coverage, secure coding, monitoring/observability
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is a plus

• GitHub, CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with deployment automation and observability tools

• Self-starter who contributes ideas and solutions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
