Responsibilities

As a Machine Operator Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up machinery: Ensure all production materials are available and ready for use.
  • Assisting with changeovers: Collaborate with the team to efficiently transition between production runs.
  • Operating and monitoring equipment: Safely operate and monitor all equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Inspecting production runs: Visually inspect production runs and report any malfunctions to the maintenance department.
  • Maintaining records: Accurately record production data and maintain required records.
  • Maintaining a clean work environment: Ensure the assigned area is clean and organized, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Compliance with regulatory and company policies: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Machine Operator Lead, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ Years of General Sales Experience: A minimum of 1 year of general sales experience is required, with 2+ years of sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to periodically lift, push, pull 50+ pounds, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach.
