About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Full Time Merchandiser Stocker to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you'll be responsible for presenting products in a way that captures the attention of consumers at our customer retail locations. Key Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
• Physically moves product from the backroom to display areas, creating an attractive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelves where permitted, and rotates product to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Organizes and maintains the backroom by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, and arranges for the return of empty pallets and shells, damaged, and out-of-date product to the branch.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests, proactive pricing, special programs, new opportunities, and upcoming activities discussions, ensuring a strong partnership between our company and our retail customers.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A valid instate driver's license, demonstrating your ability to operate a vehicle safely and efficiently.
• An excellent driving history, showcasing your commitment to safe driving practices.
• Proof of insurance policy to verify current coverage of liability and property damage at no less than 50,000 per person/100,000 accident insurance per occurrence/50,000 property damage and 500 or less deductible effective from the first day of employment.
• Effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing, to ensure seamless interactions with store personnel and internal stakeholders.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, lifting 50 lbs. repetitively, and navigating varying weather conditions and storage areas.
• Critical thinking skills, allowing you to problem-solve and adapt to changing situations.
• The ability to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision, demonstrating a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
