Qualified Candidates

  • Support for total body care and knowledge of massage and skin care services: A basic understanding of massage and skin care services, with a willingness to learn and promote our services effectively.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service: Deliver exceptional experiences for our clients, ensuring they feel valued, understood, and supported.
  • Promoting the value of Total Body Care: Educate clients on new and expanded services, sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program, book clients for future services, and encourage homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
  • Supporting clinic flow: Greet clients, schedule services, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Growing and retaining a client base: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, both in-person and through phone/email outreach, to drive growth and retention.
  • Maintaining the clinic: Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and prepared for team members, with a focus on maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
