Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience:Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred but not required. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you succeed in your role.
