Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or call center environment is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Familiarity with remote work tools and computer systems.

• Applicants must reside in or around Fort Worth, TX and be eligible to work in the U.S.
