Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Agent to join our Central Live Operations team. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for providing live support to our partners, clients, and dashers through inbound calls, chats, and messages. You will be the face of DoorDash, and your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional live support to DoorDash partners, clients, and dashers through inbound calls, chats, and messages.
  • Address time-sensitive issues, such as payment, account, and driver-related concerns, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of DoorDash's processes, systems, and resources to drive positive results.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Maintain high-quality interactions with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the Central Live Operations team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a remote setting.
  • Proficient in English, with strong technical skills, including typing speed of 40 WPM.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience with customer support software, such as phone, chat, and email.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food delivery or related industry.
  • Familiarity with DoorDash's products and services.
  • Experience with live support software and tools.
  • Certification in customer support or a related field.
