About the Role

As a Customer Care Specialist - Email, Chat, and Voice Support, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing top-notch support and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and voice channels, providing accurate and timely resolutions to their issues.
  • Research and investigate customer complaints, taking ownership of the issue and providing a satisfactory resolution within the specified time limit.
  • Handle sensitive or confidential customer data with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide quality service and support for billing, order placement and modification, refunds, system troubleshooting, and other service scenarios.
  • Use good judgment in resolving service issues, balancing company policy with customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Complete special project assignments and assist other departments during periods of low customer contact.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in call center phone support, preferably in a US retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong exposure to international phone calls, with a focus on US processes.
  • Excellent active listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work well with diverse personalities and customer types.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with effective time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
  • Proven work ethic and team player mentality.
  • Strong command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Experience working in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with US retail or e-commerce phone call processes.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including US working hours, holidays, weekends, and occasional overtime.

Skills and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support. You'll also need to be proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
