The Role

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Transaction Data Processing and Client Support, you'll play a vital role in supporting our client by providing document review and data entry services. Your work will make a positive difference in the organization you support, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Capture and validate data that may be more complicated than standard requests

• Provide production services to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, document processing, scanning, or similar activities
• Receive documents from both electronic and hard copy form for processing
• Process documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information
• Identify documents and their purpose to create a database of information
• Follow up with customers for additional information or documentation as needed
• Provide great customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• A High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
• The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
• The ability to type a minimum of 20 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
• A great attention to detail
• The ability to be organized and multi-task while adapting to changing priorities
