Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Walgreens Analytics Team

Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist on our Remote Walgreens Analytics Team, you'll be responsible for:

• Applying statistical evaluation tools and strategies to provide insights and actionable recommendations for the organization
• Using statistical modeling to make predictions about future outcomes in multiple scenarios to enhance products and processes
• Presenting findings to an internal audience, including business stakeholders and team members
• Assisting in executing statistical and mathematical analyses to support business decision-making across multiple business areas
• Developing and validating hypotheses using advanced mathematical, statistical, clinical, and/or computational techniques, including probability models, machine learning, data mining, sample recognition, data visualization, predictive analytics, data warehousing, artificial intelligence, and/or other complex methods
• Documenting assigned tasks, including business objectives, data collection and processing, primary methods, final algorithm, unique set of results, and analytical metrics
• Assisting with developing materials to present assignment findings
• Escalating issues and roadblocks as they occur
• Interacting with team members and external partners to provide semi-regular data related to assigned tasks
• Preparing and presenting interpretation of findings to internal clients

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• Knowledge of analytics, statistical, or mathematical concepts and techniques
• Knowledge of evaluation and data interpretation
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within the country and internationally)

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field

• Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools and techniques
• Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• Hourly rate: $16.50-$30.50 per hour
