Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Business Development team and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. As a Remote Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, customer service, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including data entry, email management, and calendar organization
  • Assist with customer service demands and escalate issues to the relevant property management staff as needed
  • Log and dispatch all requests for service in our work order system
  • Follow up with clients and stakeholders to ensure that service demands are completed to their satisfaction
  • Aid in the preparation of routine reports to review expiration dates of COIs, vehicle registrations, and vendor contracts
  • Maintain up-to-date fleet insurance and registrations
  • Assist with the coordination of client move-in details to ensure compliance with lease terms
  • Participate in lease cycle management activities, including preparing residents for ownership, scheduling resident notification/welcome packages, and coordinating HOA/Townhouse communications

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 3 years of administrative experience, with office management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in property management or a related field
  • Knowledge of property management software and systems
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
