Job Summary

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will be responsible for working through tickets and handling each request in a timely and efficient manner. You will be required to use a range of software applications, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, and will need to be flexible and able to switch gears quickly. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to maintain the highest level of attention to detail, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. You will also be required to provide exceptional customer service, both on the phone and through email, and will need to be able to communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
  • Detect errors by using verifying procedures and make changes as instructed
  • Transcribe data from source material into computer-compatible format
  • Exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills to resolve issues and problems
  • Proofread and edit own work, exercising judgment in determining letter and report formats
  • Maintain records of data input and provide key support for functional groups
  • Compile and arrange data, make computations, and lay out and prepare reports
  • Process and code documents, and maintain specialized and comprehensive records and filing
  • Make standard calculations to accurately compile and report statistics
  • Gather, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into documents and office systems
  • Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following essential qualifications:

  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on data integrity
  • 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Excellent customer service skills, both on the phone and through email
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and switch gears quickly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills
