Your primary responsibilities include:1. Qualifying Inquiries: Contact new inquiries by phone and email to gather information about their interests.2. Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and provide clear and concise information.3. Identify and address inquiry needs, escalating issues to the correct staff member when necessary to ensure prospective student satisfaction.4. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as handling calls, navigating computer systems, and updating student records.Standard Position Description The student will assist in the management and leading of special projects. Tasks may include: leading and organizing mid to large scale projects, designing project timelines and goals, performing research, coordinating with stakeholders and the project team, reporting updates and outcomes with project leaders, building and organizing leadership development programs for students, managing student staff.
