Experienced Business Analysis Manager – Global Reporting and Data Insights

As a Business Analysis Manager in our Global Reporting team, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals by collaborating with cross-functional finance teams to drive monthly and quarterly reporting packages for our senior stakeholders, including the Board and Executive Leadership Team.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to join our Global Reporting team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving and improving our consolidated operating margin analyses, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes. You'll also be responsible for performing first-level audit responsibilities and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analysis Manager in Global Reporting, you'll: * Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and situations * Conduct research, including external benchmarking, and use statistical tools and scenario analysis to inform sound financial business decisions * Provide training, coaching, and guidance to colleagues to achieve business results * Work with cross-functional teams to set targets and deadlines, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure results, and improve processes * Present data and insights to senior leadership, including the Board and Executive Leadership Team, to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with: * Moderate experience in financial analysis, modeling, planning, and business development * Industry experience in a related field, such as retail or hospitality * Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business results * Ability to present complex data and insights to senior leadership * Project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
