The Opportunity

As an ACT/SAT Math and Science Prep Tutor at Huntington Learning Center Chattanooga, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with high school students, helping them prepare for the ACT and SAT exams. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose your own hours and work at times that suit you best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one instruction to high school students in ACT/SAT Math and Science preparation.
• Develop and implement customized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Utilize Huntington's proven instructional methods and materials to deliver high-quality test prep.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and center staff to ensure student progress and success.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in test prep and education.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in a test prep setting.
• Strong knowledge of ACT/SAT Math and Science test formats, content, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
