Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Remote Front Office Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering multi-line phone systems, responding to customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer support
  • Checking guests/homeowners into and out of the property, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Booking in-house reservations and managing 3rd party booking sites, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Performing clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collecting payments by cash, check, and credit card, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Managing office supplies and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace
  • Collaborating with internal staff to resolve customer issues, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or timeshare resort environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal staff and external customers
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
