As a Part-time Remote Fan Services Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission and making a meaningful impact on our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-time Remote Fan Services Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound customer communications in a polite and efficient manner, even in high-pressure situations
  • Answering product questions from customers and providing solutions based on individual needs
  • Assisting customers with submitting internet orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
  • Providing technical and product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions and reduce the risk of returns
  • Leveraging product and technical knowledge to create revenue opportunities for the brand
  • Making suggestions that may improve internal processes and result in improved customer experiences
  • Acting as a brand champion and promoting our values and mission to customers

Minimum Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience and internet call center service experience (preferably in an e-commerce environment)
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility in working hours, with the ability to exceed 40 work hours at times to meet business needs
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • The ability to respond to complex customer situations with empathy and understanding
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A team player mentality with the ability to maintain positive working relationships

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of product and technical information related to e-commerce and customer service
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Travel Requirements

Travel will not be required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.00 - $19.50, depending on experience and qualifications. Our base salary is just one component of our comprehensive total rewards strategy, which includes:
