Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. This is a full-time, remote role that requires flexibility, discretion, and a strong work ethic. As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, handling confidential information, and providing exceptional support to the executive and their family.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and daily schedules, ensuring efficient time management and prompt handling of all appointments and commitments.

  • Coordinate and manage both business and home care, including travel arrangements, flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Accompany and attend meetings with the executive, taking accurate minutes and following up on action items as necessary.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Handle personal matters and tasks, including personal appointments, meal preparation, household management, and family commitments, as required.
  • Availability to travel on short notice for extended stays around the country.

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or in a similar role.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a private investment entity or similar industry.

  • Knowledge of property and business interests.
  • Familiarity with travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
  • Experience with household management and domestic staff coordination.
  • Ability to upskill via studies with strong mentorship provided.
