Experienced Full Stack Design Verification Engineer – Web & Cloud Application Development

About the Role:

As a Design Verification Engineer at Workwarp, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our premier SOCs. You'll work closely with design, architecture, and software teams to understand the functional and performance goals of our designs and develop test plans, tests, and coverage plans to verify their functionality. Your expertise in digital verification, SystemVerilog, and computer architecture will be invaluable in driving our next-generation verification methodology and testbenches.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with design, architecture, and software teams to understand the functional and performance goals of our designs

  • Develop test plans, tests, and coverage plans to verify the functionality of our SOCs
  • Define and implement our next-generation verification methodology and testbenches
  • Work closely with design and micro-architecture teams to review design and architecture specifications
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our SOC's subsystems and IP, including neural engine hardware, DRAM subsystem, memory controller logic, and more
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive test cases and ensure the quality of our designs

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in digital verification, with a strong background in SystemVerilog, digital simulation, and debug
  • Knowledge of computer architecture and digital design fundamentals
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++, with experience in Python, Perl, or similar scripting languages
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently to deliver project goals
  • Experience with verification methodologies like UVM and assertion-based verification

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field

  • Experience with high-speed IO standards, power management, and fabric infrastructure
  • Knowledge of memory cache management and display subsystems
  • Experience with neural engine hardware and DRAM subsystems
  • Familiarity with cloud-based development environments and web application development
