Key Responsibilities

• Provide infusion treatments to patients in their homes, following the physician's plan of treatment
• Conduct one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education, utilizing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Utilize clinical expertise and judgment to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
• Document patient care activities and outcomes, using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed, to ensure timely and effective patient care

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Arizona, with additional licensure required in multi-state service areas
• A minimum of one year of nursing experience, with IV-related experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• A valid and current driver's license and car insurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• A minimum of three years of nursing experience
• A minimum of one year of infusion experience
• Home healthcare and pediatric experience
• CRNI (Certified Registered Nurse of Infusion) certification
