About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Financial Analyst, Senior Associate to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our finance team, you'll play a vital role in driving business outcomes, integrating with the Capital One Finance structure, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, Senior Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Cash Reporting: Providing accurate and timely cash reporting to support business decision-making
- Accounts Payable Management: Managing accounts payable, liaising with various departments, and ensuring seamless financial operations
- Accounts Receivable Management: Managing accounts receivable, liaising with various departments, and ensuring timely collections
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Supporting key financial analysis for financial planning and strategy
- Integration Pipeline: Playing a key role in all aspects of the team's integration pipeline with Capital One Finance
- Financial Systems Infrastructure: Supporting the team in driving continual improvement of financial systems infrastructure
- Tax Compliance: Supporting the preparation and submission of VAT and other required tax returns
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent military experience
- 2+ Years of Experience in Financial Analysis: Proven experience in financial analysis or financial modeling
- Strong Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Reliability and Strong Work Ethic: A proven track record of reliability, strong work ethic, and team orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and G Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and G Suite, with experience in financial modeling and analysis
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master's Degree in Finance: A graduate degree in business administration or finance, with a focus on financial analysis and planning
- 3+ Years of Experience in Financial Analysis: Proven experience in financial analysis or financial modeling, with a focus on strategic analysis and planning
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) License or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License: A CFA or CPA license, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis and planning
- Strong Business Relationship, Communication, Interpersonal, and Influencing Skills: Excellent business relationship, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with experience in supporting technology and product business teams
