Oracle HCM Cloud Analytics Lead (US Cit for Security Clearance) - ec3 Federal Services

We are seeking to hire an Oracle HCM Cloud Analytics Lead to join our team working on a multi-year award we have within a Federal Gov t Agency, located in Washington, DC. This role is 100% remote.

Per our contract with the Federal Government, being a US Cit is required for working on this project and potentially passing a Security Clearance.

This position pays a strong salary package with full benefits (including choice of healthcare plans, dental, vision, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and a matching 401k).

An option for working on an hourly rate is also available for those not needing a full benefits package.

Role Description

The Analytics Lead role is responsible for the oversight and management of the program's analytics team. This Analytics lead will manage and oversee all outputs from the team including requirements gathering and analysis, technical architectures, ETL packages, data analyses, reports, and custom dashboards. The Analytics Lead will also be responsible for leading client meetings to define requirements and design report visualizations and content.
