Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Timely Completion of Tasks: Guarantee that all CMF, Duty, and Framework update demands received from colleagues, regions, or territorial offices are completed efficiently.
• Support GPI and SPA Refreshes: Ensure that all CMF mass updates are completed to support GPI and SPA refreshes.
• Resolve Queries Effectively: Ensure that all queries are resolved promptly and effectively, recommending process improvements to senior management as needed.
• Execute Cycles and Achieve Charging Goals: Guarantee the execution of cycles connected with Charging, as per SLAs, planning, and achieving essential goals for the Charging activity.
• Work Independently and Under Pressure: Work with own initiative, under tension, and according to recommended cutoff times, contributing to achieving team KPIs.
• Stay Up-to-Date with SOPs and ICF: Ensure timely update, execution, and compliance with all SOPs and ICF.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

• A Certificate or Degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Good knowledge of MS Office, with a strong command of MS Excel.
• An elevated degree of responsibility, energy, versatility, and tirelessness in completing work.

While not mandatory, having knowledge in Charging and Business processes is considered ideal. New alumni are also encouraged to apply.
