About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Project Management Professional to lead the project management of high-value initiatives across the Reservations (RES) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and execution of a Center of Excellence for strategic portfolio management, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project management of high-value initiatives across the RES division, from project inception to execution and closure.
• Create and maintain project artifacts, including project charters, project plans, risk and issue logs, and dashboards.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying priority and complexity, across different teams and stakeholders.
• Drive the development of the organization's culture at the functional level, ensuring a strong alignment with stakeholders across the broader project.
• Develop communication strategies and implement processes, activities, and projects that result in timely dissemination of information and communication consistency.
• Support the development of business cases, prioritization, and overall divisional portfolio management.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional stakeholders, and cross-divisional Delta teams.
• Support the growth and development of the RES PMO capability and the development of a Center of Excellence for strategic portfolio management.

• Excellent planning, organization, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability and a demonstrated track record of success in managing and delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across the organization and build and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders and senior management.
• Ability to lead and work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in written and oral communications, with the ability to produce concise documents for executive presentations.
• Must perform satisfactorily in their current role.
