Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
- Manage online and phone reservations.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide local recommendations and arrange transportation when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned related to the front desk role.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Fully bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Available to work 2-4 shifts/ week. Hours and days are flexible.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer and reservation systems.
- Strong judgment, ability to work under pressure, and as part of a team.
- Immediate availability to start.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred.
