Sr. SAP Program Manager - Stefanini

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Program Manager with extensive AMS (Application Management Services) experience, particularly in managing multiple SAP projects and a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations. This role involves leading and overseeing post-implementation support and enhancement initiatives, ensuring efficient AMS delivery across various SAP modules while optimizing service performance in both implementation and support contexts within SAP Public Cloud environments.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for SAP AMS activities related to S/4HANA, including implementations and support in the SAP Public Cloud.Lead daily AMS operations, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents, service requests, and change management, adhering to SLAs.Oversee delivery from both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and business priorities.Provide guidance and governance in SAP Public Cloud support models, including quarterly release management and fit-to-standard practices.Coordinate and monitor minor enhancements, configuration requests, and service transitions, focusing on Public Cloud standards and limitations.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align the AMS roadmap with changing requirements.Track key metrics (SLA/KPI), identify trends, and implement service improvement plans.Manage cross-functional teams across modules such as FI/CO, FSCM, PPM, CPQ, CPI, ABAP, and others within the S/4HANA Public Cloud framework.Conduct regular service reviews, compliance checks, and updates for stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:8+ years of SAP experience, with a minimum of 3 years as an AMS Project Manager.At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation or extensive support experience.Strong understanding of SAP Public Cloud capabilities, limitations, and quarterly release cycles.Proficiency in ITIL-based service delivery; ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification is preferred.Proven experience managing distributed teams in an onshore/offshore model.Familiarity with ticketing and service management tools such as SAP Solution Manager, ServiceNow, or Remedy.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Work Environment:Must be available to work during Central Standard Time (CST) hours.Primarily remote with occasional on-site meetings as required by client needs.
