Qualifications & Skills The ideal candidate will have: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional tone. Empathy & Patience: The ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and respond with patience and compassion. Problem-Solving Ability: A natural inclination to troubleshoot and find effective solutions. Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple software applications at once. Self-Discipline: The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
