Job Description
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 10 years of experience in a marketing role, with experience supporting a large corporate or financial services client being a significant plus.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to translate data into actionable marketing plans.
- Familiarity with financial products and services, as well as banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning to stay current with marketing trends and technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a B2B marketing environment within the financial services industry.
- Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Hubspot).
- Experience with client-facing responsibilities and strong relationship management skills.
