ROLE OVERVIEW
We seek a motivated and results-focused Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who excels at customer service and enjoys mentoring team members to reach their goals in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include
- Creating welcoming experiences for each guest by engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and lifestyle.
- Acting as a product knowledge expert capable of selling and promoting a wide variety of apparel, from private labels to name brands and tailored clothing.
- Contributing to the development of a highly customer-centric sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training on selling techniques, behavior, and operational standards.
IS THIS YOU?
To be an ideal candidate for this role, you should have:- A high school diploma or equivalent. A college or university degree is advantageous but not required.
- Expertise in delivering excellent customer service and in resolving problems and complaints.
- The ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
