UKG Senior Pro WFM Consultant - SDH Systems

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UKG Senior Pro WFM Consultant to join our team and lead the transformation from UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM). This role will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and optimizing UKG Pro WFM solutions to meet client business needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation expertise, strong technical knowledge of integration tools, and the ability to guide clients through successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementations of UKG Pro WFM, including migration from WFC.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure solutions, and ensure best practices are applied.
• Utilize UKG Datahub, TestAssure, Dell Boomi, Open Project to streamline project delivery.
• Build and manage integrations using Dell Boomi and Reports & integrations using Datahub and other middleware platforms.
• Provide functional and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Travel to client sites as needed. 20% travel.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with UKG WFC-to-UKG Pro WFM transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of UKG Datahub, TestAssure, and Dell Boomi integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
