Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for:

• Extracting data from individual files into an Excel spreadsheet to build a centralised database

• Updating and maintaining various Excel columns with accuracy

• Inputting 200 entries per day, 7 days a week - this is crucial to the project’s success

• Working remotely for 15 hours per week (approx. 2 hours per day)

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

• Ability to work quickly and consistently on repetitive tasks

• Must have your own computer and a licensed copy of MS Excel

• Previous experience building or maintaining databases in Excel is a strong advantage

• Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own schedule

• Availability to start in June 2025
