Product Tester

TP-LINK UK Ltd is seeking a Product Tester to support the Technical Department with daily operations including networking product testing, product firmware upgrading and other administrative and communication activities.

You'll work closely with Technical team to understand more about the products within TP-LINK range, and the networking environment where you can use them. The primary duty is to test returned merchandise authorization (RMA) products testing, ironing out any bugs and improve the quality of the finished product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing the Returned merchandise authorization (RMA) products, identifying whether they are faulty
• Reworking the firmware of warehouse stock when needed, and repacking
• Maintaining Testing equipment, making sure equipment is working fine
• Responsible for stock checking regularly
• Daily Reporting to line manager
• Other ad hoc tasks as required by line manager.
