✅ Responsibilities: - Maintain a straightforward, real-time three-statement model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). - Build and manage a budget + forecast, tracked monthly against actuals. - Run basic scenario and capex analysis (e.g., loan affordability, location expansion). - Help prep monthly reports with simple insights. - Support financing applications.

🎯 Scope & Fit: - Part-time / hourly / ongoing — flexible depending on the quality of work. - I’ll provide CFO-level direction — you own execution. - Must be fluent in English and comfortable with async communication. - Excel & Google Sheets + Xero environment (basic stack).
