Product Addition Support - Internship ID-2085 – Amazon Store

About The Role

Are you looking to kick-start your career in e-commerce and gain real-world experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Join Wayfair as a Product Addition Support Intern and help us bring new products to millions of customers across Europe and beyond.

As an intern in our operations team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the expansion of our product catalog. You’ll gain hands-on experience with the tools and processes that power one of the world’s largest online retailers, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely product onboarding.

What You’ll Do

✔️ Format and manage product data using Wayfair’s internal tools to assist suppliers in listing their products on our site

✔️ Support communication efforts with external partners to track down and receive any missing product information

✔️ Help ensure cross-functional teams are kept up to date with progress and key developments

✔️ Learn about the end-to-end process of product onboarding within a large-scale e-commerce operation

✔️ Gain insights into supplier management, data quality, and operations efficiency

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
• A clear communicator with strong attention to detail
• Organised, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable working with data and digital tools (Excel knowledge is a plus)
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
