This is a great job for someone who has experience in training or development and is excited to make a real impact in a growing, dynamic business area. You’ll support the GCS Development Leader and key stakeholders in shaping and evolving the training and development strategy to align with business needs and growth ambitions, including delivering both internal and external training as part of our client proposition. Using data and insights, you’ll help anticipate future business needs driven by evolving technology and industry trends. In addition, you’ll promote ongoing professional development by encouraging relevant qualifications and industry memberships, while acting as the main point of contact for all training requests within the GCS area.
