Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist to join our fully remote team. Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Review and verify data for errors, ensuring high levels of quality control.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files in a timely and orderly manner.
• Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the development of reports based on data analysis as needed.
• Ensure that data is properly backed up and protected from loss.
• Perform routine audits to check data integrity and consistency.
• Manage multiple data entry projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new software and technologies.

Experience:

• No prior experience required; however, any experience in data entry, administrative support, or office tasks is a plus.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks and maintain focus over long periods.

Working Hours:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Flexible working hours with a set schedule between Monday and Friday.
• The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
