Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex insurance issues and find solutions for patients. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as HIPAA regulations, to protect patient privacy. Meet performance goals and metrics related to insurance verification process. Identify and suggest process improvements to streamline the insurance verification process. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to patients and insurance companies. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to insurance verification. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient insurance verification process. Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet company and patient needs.
