WHERE MODERN DESIGN BEGAN Over forty years ago, Cantoni opened its first showroom with a single obsession: to bring the style, quality, and bold design of European furnishings to the United States. From Los Angeles to Washington DC—and every skyline in between—our showrooms have become coveted destinations where visionary architects, interior designers, tastemakers, and discerning consumers discover modern living at its most elevated. Our highly curated collection spans over 300 of the finest European brands, bespoke Italian kitchens, and custom closet systems—all delivered with the concierge precision that made Cantoni the benchmark of contemporary luxury in the United States. And yet, one thing hasn’t changed: our belief that the most enduring design businesses are built one transformative relationship at a time—by entrepreneurial designers who treat every project like a legacy, not a transaction. WHO YOU ARE You are not just a designer. You are a tastemaker, a luxury brand connoisseur, a design guide, and a visionary. A trusted partner to the most discerning clients who expect not only design expertise, but an elevated, personal, and world-class experience. You are an entrepreneur and relationship builder, discovering and maintaining a curated network of business through purposeful interactions, referral generation and consistent, memorable service. You lead with vision and close with conviction. You design with precision and guide with passion. You transform inspiration into impact and space into story. You see every floorplan as a blank canvas and every conversation as the beginning of a brand-defining experience. YOUR ROLE As a Cantoni Luxury Interior Designer, you will lead clients through a fully bespoke, concierge-level design journey from concept to completion. You will deliver high-performance interiors that reflect both extraordinary vision and enduring value—all while operating within the infrastructure of one of the most iconic and respected design houses in the country. We have locations in the following cities; Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Los Angeles, Irvine, Washington DC, and Atlanta YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and execute full-scope interior design projects including concept development, space planning, product and finish selections, visual presentations, and white-glove installation. Discover and determine each client’s design objectives, vision, values and translate them into highly curated, functional and beautiful spaces; reflecting Cantoni's standard of luxury living. Achieve and exceed monthly revenue goals through proactive client development, converting walk-in clients to full-scope design projects, and fostering on-going client relationships. Create compelling design presentations using mood boards, finish palettes, renderings, and sample kits that tell a clear and sophisticated story. Collaborate with showroom leaders, visual merchandising, marketing, and vendor partners to enhance showroom engagement and product integration. Stay at the forefront of global design trends and translate them into timely, tasteful, and contextually relevant recommendations for your clientele. WHY CANTONI? WORLD-CLASS INVENTORY. ZERO PERSONAL RISK. Present the most coveted furnishings, kitchens, and closet systems in the world—without tying up a cent of your own capital. We carry the inventory; you carry the vision. TURN-KEY INFRASTRUCTURE. NO DISTRACTIONS. Our marketing engine drives qualified leads to your calendar. Dedicated logistics, warehousing, and installation teams handle execution so you can focus on creating, closing, and curating. EARNING POTENTIAL IN YOUR CONTROL. Top designers consistently exceed $250K annually. No territory caps. Full credit for repeat business. FULL-SCOPE DESIGN. ZERO OVERHEAD. Operate like a private studio within a luxury brand. No rent, no payroll, no logistics. Just your talent, elevated. ICONIC PROJECTS. COVETED LOCATIONS. Design prestige projects from penthouses to pied-à-terres, mountain retreats to coastal sanctuaries. A CULTURE OF ELEVATED DESIGN. Join a curated team of creatives who believe "good design is a way of life." #J-18808-Ljbffr
