  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Renewals, Channel, RevOps, and other SMEs to build accurate and relevant content
  • Align learning programs to real-world GTM workflows, competencies, and enablement strategy
  • Leverage enablement platforms (LMS, CMS, video, and analytics tools) to build, manage, and optimize content
  • Analyze learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve programs

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in learning experience design, enablement, or L&D, including 3+ years supporting GTM functions
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects independently and deliver business-aligned solutions without heavy oversight
  • Strong grasp of GTM workflows, sales methodologies, and the commercial tech stack used by revenue teams
  • Expertise in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles
  • Proficient in content creation and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Snagit) and enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Mindtickle, WorkRamp, Lessonly)
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong writing and visual storytelling skills
