We’re looking for a Influencer Marketing Analyst who knows how to hunt for top creators, close partnerships, and build long-term collaborations that drive real results. You’ll be working across Argentina and LATAM, connecting with creators in travel, finance, and beyond—making AstroPay the brand they want to partner with.

This is not a “manage and wait” role. It’s for someone who’s proactive, relentless, and obsessed with growth.

What you’ll do

• Identify and approach potential content creators (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, etc.) in Argentina and Latin America.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with creators, ensuring high engagement and alignment with AstroPay’s brand values.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, including deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate campaign execution and monitor performance to ensure KPIs and ROI targets are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling campaign briefs and marketing assets.
• Stay up to date with market trends, emerging influencers, and competitor activities in the travel and finance niches.
• Maintain a structured database of creator partnerships and campaign performance metrics

Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced English (written and spoken) – mandatory for international communication and negotiation.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, talent management or sales.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven personality with the ability to work under performance-based goals.
• Passion for travel and finance influencers, plus deep knowledge of the LATAM scene.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
